Peach Pilot follow up.

The next client message, already started.

Peach Pilot auto drafts the reply for you — and you keep full control of how, what, and when to send personalized touch points with your clients.

Planned around real policy events. Placement, day 1, day 30, and the annual review would each start a different draft.
Agent approved. The design keeps the agent as the final reviewer before any message goes out.

Peach Coach.

Hear what was said. Suggest what comes next.

Peach Coach is designed to separate the agent and client sides of the call, transcribe what was said, score the conversation against the sales process, suggest what to say next, and build a recap after.

You are mid call. What just happened?

Predictive Analytics.

Find the old lead worth calling first.

Real calls, sales, and policy outcomes from our parent agency give the design a place to start. The system connects what happened before with what changed since, then ranks the past leads most worth another conversation.

One list, sorted for the next call. Leads with the clearest reason to call would rise first, so the agent has somewhere to start.
Same history, used again. Quotes, placements, lapses, and later contact would help rank where to start.

Security controls.

Protect the data clients trust an agent with.

Social Security numbers, banking details, and health answers are treated as sensitive from the first field.

SSN and banking fields get an added encryption layer

A client's Social Security number, bank account number, and routing number are individually encrypted with Google Cloud KMS before storage, on top of database encryption. Traffic uses TLS. If the KMS operation fails, plaintext is not stored or returned.

Clients can enter specified sensitive details

Clients can enter specified sensitive details through a single use, expiring link. Authorized agents can retrieve those details when needed to complete a carrier application.

Access requires authorization

Agents use one secure sign in. Sensitive fields require explicit permission and quote ownership. Every reveal is logged by field name, never by value. Denied access attempts are logged too.

Full values can be purged

Full encrypted values can be purged while masked last four digits and the consent trail remain.

  • Sensitive fields encrypted with Google Cloud KMS
  • Bank payment authorization captured · ACH
  • SOC 2 readiness work underway
  • Hosted on Google Cloud

Outcome testing.

See what the system suggested. Then see what actually happened.

Peach Quote already gives us the front of the loop: client answers, carrier guidance, possible fits, and the agent's choice. The outcome layer is still in design.

The plan is to connect the carrier decision, the sale, and whether the policy stayed active long enough for the agent to keep the commission. Repeated outcomes would be studied through reviewed tests.

A connected call would create signals from the client's words, the quote, and the questions the agent asked.

The system connects the client, carrier, product, question, and point in the conversation.

The client's answers are checked against carrier guides and product rules.

Depending on the product, the output could be a possible carrier or product fit, an explanation, a coaching cue, or a follow up worth making.

The licensed agent stays in control and can use the guidance or take a different path.

The system brings back what the carrier decided, whether the client bought, and whether the policy stayed active.

A pattern would need to hold up across repeated outcomes and pass review before it could inform future design. One unusual result should not steer the next recommendation.
